The Combined ex-Forces paramilitary group had another secret meeting last night at the Balloon in Newcastle .
I guess they should have told more people...

Last night the Party released a series of statements and mind boggling missives that Paul Weston made previously in his self-appointed capacity as all round political heavyweight and the embodiment and spokesperson for God.
There's a few issues to take with one letter in particular. Weston wrote to Prime Minister David Cameron earlier this year warning the PM that the "working man" of England "who must face the reality of living in our rapidly increasing Islamic areas" was very angry. Not about jobs, the Littlewoods pools or health cuts, but "demographics" and the "Islamic reality". Strong stuff, but he actually failed to provide the demographics he mentioned. So who knows what he was talking about?
Weston also warned Cameron that "The rise of Tommy Robinson and the English Defence League signify (sic) the initial stage of an inevitable religious civil war in Britain". Tough stuff. These 'fight them on the beaches' speeches make me despair. Because if there is one thing we can guarantee, it is that he would not be there.
Understandably, Cameron never published the letter or made the contents known to the public. After all, like most people he knows that the rise of scum like the mythical "Tommy Robinson" will give itself whatever name it wants.
But the content of the letter actually reveals a lot about the BFP. Those "working" men might be tugging at their leash, but Posh Paul warns that "Old Etonians, Oxbridge graduates and the champagne socialists" are going to be given a jolly hard time too and the country faces a "truly terrible future for Britain and its betrayed indigenous people" if nobody listens to Paul and the EDL.
That's hard stuff. But, of course, Stephen Lennon and Kevin Carroll who run the EDL won't be having a hard time because we see little evidence at all of them actually being "working" men . And further to that, they have both been on record as saying that they are of Irish descent-so they are not particularly indigenous either way. Maybe we should deport the buggers?
It must have taken Paul ages to think up such a hard-hitting letter. Confusion reigns here, though. Is it the English or the British he's worried about? Are the English going to invade Scotland during this civil war? And who are the English, and what colour are they?
All I know is that those three lions on their football shirts never sprung from England's dirt. Are the BFP going to deport St George back to Turkey?
Paul will no doubt enlighten people tomorrow at the EDL's "peacful" protest in Walhamstow, East London. One of their bright sparks even asked the HNH twitter team last night from where he could purchase a broken bottle.
nb: a couple of lines here were stolen from pop songs by Billy Bragg and the Beautiful South.

The EDL's political wing, the British Freedom Party (BFP), has moved swiftly to ensure that their members will suffer some [further] humilation in Walthamstow this weekend, when their posh leader Paul Weston gets up to speak at the planned rally.
Being posh does not make you clever, however. As posh as he is, Weston often makes Nick Griffin look capable of unwrapping a toffee crisp unaided.
We've written about Weston lots of times before. He may manage to keep the likes of Lennon and Carroll in awe by being able to use the correct fork for his smoked salmon, but time has proven that Paul is perhaps leading the EDL's political wing since a career in rocket science became unavailable to him at the last moment.
Among notable Weston musings are that Britain 'possibly' has an elected upper house, and that despite being the leader of a supposedly ambitious political party, he has no idea how many seats there are in the House of Commons.
What he does know is that the British Freedom Party plans to stand in every seat at the next election, no matter how many there are (lots, Paul. Lots and lots.)
How Walthamstow will compare to the other delightful places Weston has travelled to in his life of fighting 'creeping Sharia', Osama Bin Laden and poor table manners and etiquette, will be anyone's guess. Let's just hope that the EDL lay on something a bit more classy for him rather than their usual bargain basement booze of choice.
Paul's last big outing with the lads finished in bizarre circumstances when he claimed to have been party to a mugging by 'savage reds' in Sweden. But it turned out that, in fact, he had not. The whole night out in Stockholm was just a blur, it seems.
So, while the EDL are trying to smash up the place, at least the people of Walthamstow will have the smooth tones of a public school educated toff to take their mind off drunken morons urinating against their shop windows.

Thanks to our eagle-eyed friends at EDL News, a little more intelligence has come our way. Mike Bayliss is the former car thief from Bath who runs the EDL in the South West. He's going to Walthamstow on Saturday too, and here is what he is hoping for. (This is taken from Facebook, for those who can't keep up)
Bayliss also came to London when the two Asian men were attacked by the EDL in Dagenham, though of course he hid himself and his camera far away from prying eyes afterwards.
Bayliss and others are hoping it "kicks off" in Walthamstow on Saturday. Perhaps they know something that the police do not?

The local paper in Walthamstow reported yesterday that the police are saying that they have no intelligence to suggest that the EDL march planned there this Saturday will be violent.
Perhaps the Walthamstow police have not spoken to other police forces around the country to gauge the EDL's propensity for violence. Two things are always certain when the EDL go anywhere; drinking and violence.
Walthamstow is not far from Dagenham, which is the last place in London that the EDL had a march, in July last year. Redbridge police had the same "intelligence" in the run up to that march and sent no police officers along to steward the EDL. Two Asian men ended up in hospital as a result.
As far as I can recall, it must be almost three years since an EDL march or rally passed off without an arrest for aggression, threats, breach of the peace or violence. And that does not mean those components were not present, it just means that the police in Newcastle did not arrest anybody for it.
In the last week, we have run stories about two EDL activists heading to Walthamstow who would appear to have an interest in violence. Darren Mann and Jason "Shaggy" Essex hardly seem the types to be on their best behaviour. Unless of course, violence is their best behaviour.
We hope the EDL march does pass off peacefully. But we won't be surprised if it does not.
That's based on our knowledge and intelligence. Not brain surgery.

Kevin Carroll is new to this politics game. But still, no sooner had he announced he was standing for the job of Police Commissioner in Bedfordshire, the porky pies came thick and fast.
Now Kev's opened a Facebook page where he can meet and greet his public. Never mind that most of them appear to be his Facebook friends, the "Ginger Ninja" is positively kissing the cyber babies and spouting bucket after bucket of bullshit to all who will listen.
Like most tiny hate groups, the word "freedom" in the name of Kev's party (the British Freedom Party) seems a word and expression that extends only to those who agree with them.
Kev is (apparently) standing on a platform that allows freedom of expression from "undue restrictions on speech and expression". So basically, although it is not in the remit of Police Commissioner, Kev wants it to be made clear that his thug mates (who have stayed away in mass numbers from joining the party) can basically run around anywhere they want in Bedfordshire expressing themselves should he get elected.
This could mean anything from the freedom for EDL members to run around calling everyone a "Paki" while smashing up the place, to their other favourite past time of urinating up the side of those very churches they claim they want to protect so much.
Kev's just not very clear on it, but he does know that people not being allowed to piss up against church walls and smash up restaurants, is the fault of a government that "disregard the will of the people". And Muslims too, obviously.
Gone too it would appear, is the old EDL chestnut that the EDL is not racist. That actually slipped a long time ago, but let's get our racism right out into the open shall we?
Forget Kev's tale about being the son of Irish immigrants, as far as he's concerned immigration causes "economic and social damage" two of the very things that the EDL have in fact visited on many a small towns themselves.
Kev wants freedom of speech to be "universal if it is to mean anything at all" which sounds absolutely spot on. Perhaps the death threats issued by EDL supporters against journalists will stop if Kev is elected? After all, a free press is the most important thing about a free and civil society.
We doubt that will happen however, very, very much

In case you do not remember Nick Griffin's former Consigliere Jim Dowson, here's a few reminders here and here. He's the gun-toting militant anti-abortionist who made the BNP rich for a while and then threw his toys out of the proverbial pram and got the party mixed up in all kinds of nonsense with alleged paramilitaries.
Since leaving the BNP in a very fine mess, Jim has gone back to his old ways of bothering God about a woman's right to choose what to do with their bodies, standing outside of family planning clinics with a sandwich board and a filthy mouth and generally making the lives of young women in Belfast almost unbearable.
But the BNP fear Jim. Jim knows where more than few of their bodies are buried and he also has the BNP's membership lists to boot. When he's not hanging about outside family planning clinics, he still likes to try his hand at a little race hate politics, after all, for him it was a "nice little earner" as he told the Irish papers.
Last week we reported how Dowson had managed to get an advance copy of a document his old mate Nick Griffin was preparing to produce about the grooming issue involving some Muslim men and young white girls.
Griffin had jumped on a plane and it appears that everything down to the artwork and content of Grififn's prized work had "magically" fallen into Dowson's palms.
5000 copies of the document are now out in circulation, but not with the BNP's imprint, but with Dowson's own Nutzi grouping Britain First taking the credit for the work.
Jim may have actually done Griffin a favour. If the reaction to this vile piece of racist propaganda is anything to go by so far, Jim could be about to face a knock on the door, and not by Martin Reynolds and his crew of coffee table hooligans.
Mosques across the country have this morning received Dowson's "Muslim Grooming-Britain's Secret Shame" document and the response from most has been to call the police.
Of further interest we understand will be the Post Office. We hear they're about to start court proceedings against Griffin and Dowson over a £50,000 bill for unpaid postage from when the two were sweet friends and not such bitter enemies.

A life of racial hatred is never rewarding. Excessive Morris dancing and masturbation awaits you and there's never even the respite of a curry or a kebab to look forward to either.
Plus, there's just not enough of you to go around. You keep bumping into the same old muppets with the same old bag of glue and crack pipe. It would be like 'Groundhog Day' except that's an American institution and we like our Nazis to be British. Like fish and chips; without the curry sauce.
Occasionally a Nutzi will have enough of his life. Take John "Snowy" Shaw (please). He's apparently had enough. He says this quite regularly. He's had enough of starving animals to death, abandoning his wife and kids and disrupting and part destroying one of the most active and violent street movements [the EDL] since the National Front in the 1970's.
He now says that he is going to take that "job" he was offered in Derry,Northern Ireland. Derry's the place he goes to hang out with people that are allegedly Loyalists. How he affords to get there so often and how he affords the large amount of "recreational" activity he pursues while there is anyone's business. But mainly the tax payer's one would assume.
"Snowy" now says he has had enough of all the fighting in the far-right in Britain. Things are not progressing, apparently. So, one job done and another on offer in Ireland one assumes? Do the PSNI really need another wayward individual?
The latest round of infighting concerns the "Infidels" and the National Front. The Infidels have been cosying up to BNP leader Nick Griffin of late so they have decided that the National Front (who have been far more active than the BNP of late) are suddenly persona non grata on "Infidel" demonstrations. It has caused somewhat of an outrage. The "Infidels" liked a bit of Nazism themselves when it suited "Snowy" initially. It helped drive a temporary wedge between his crack gang and the EDL's tiny minority of Jewish supporters. There was outrage.
Now the Infidels have decided that the NF are too Nazi for their tastes, despite them all only just becoming great friends. They are inexplicably falling out with each other. (This always happens on Facebook, for those too slow to keep up.)
A planned "Infidels" demo in Sunderland is now in jeopardy because the Infidels do not want the NF's banners there. And the NF have taken quite a bit of issue with this, not surprisingly. Their North East organiser is notorious not just for being a convicted thug and burglar, but also for having the name of a Nazi rock band once tattooed across his forehead! So now the NF are reminding everybody that they have been around for years and years, and despite achieving nothing in over forty five years, they deserve to be respected.
Another of the perennially unemployable to also take offence to this change of tact by the "Infidels" is Kevin Watmough. There is no record of the British People's Party leader ever having done a day's work in his life, but he ekes a living out selling Nazi badges, books and flags to other fascists (normally the NF) while his wife Kathleen tries to hide her Nazi sympathies whilst running a care home franchise in Yorkshire. The thought of Little Kev, who also runs the "Redwatch" website not being able to afford his eight cans of white lightning per day if he can't flog Nazi badges at EDL and "Infidel" demos is bound to cause her to go on one of her notorious rants any moment now.
It's good when violent Nutzis fall out. It gives the rest of the decent world an opportunity to get on with contributing towards a decent and humane society.
I'd say it was job well done, Snowy.

British Freedom, the miniscule "political" wing of the EDL take themselves very seriously and consider their party a political heavyweight.
Let's not forget Kevin Carroll, vice chairman of British Freedom is a candidate for the new position of police commissioner for the Bedfordshire Police Authority.
So as Carroll thinks he is a bastion of law and order we wonder what he thinks of his Witham organiser and EDL activist Mark Dunbar?
Surely Carroll will distance himself from violent idiots?
Oh hang on what about Tommy ??

The BNP never miss a trick. Expect any minute now to hear how a Muslim bridge attacked their all white "Lie Lorry" in Sunderland on the weekend.
Last night, the BNP launched their "Justice Department" because the party says it is sick and tired of judges granting "Taliban members, foreign paedophiles, foreign rapists, Islamic terrorists and foreign murderers permission to stay in Britain."
But it's not just those unlikely and contentious issues that wind the BNP up, heaven forbid. Some councillors, according to the BNP, "grant planning permission for Mosques to be built or established in buildings in their wards". Of course, this is rather an annoyance to the BNP as they have only two remaining councillors themselves who vote on absolutely nothing. When they did have voting councillors, they actually suggested building large Dickensian children's homes and caravan sites.
The BNP is by all accounts now finished as an electoral force. They hardly produce leaflets and newspapers any more, and most of their members spend their time making racist comments on the internet than doing any serious work.
So, in the absence of any elected representation, public support, decency, democratic will or understanding, if the BNP does not like what democratically elected councillors are doing "against the will of the people", they say they will now "mobilise a team of BNP activists to demonstrate outside their home address".
Crosses will burn, no doubt. Let's hope they don't send the idiot who drives their truck!

Just stumbled across this on the facebook site of the North West Infidels, the breakway group from the EDL.
They're led by John "Snowy" Shaw, who you may recal recently escaped prison for starving animals to death while he was out on the piss with his racist mates trying to save the white race.
The "former" crack addict must think we have memories as short as his drug addled brain allows.

We have featured the exploits of the Salford BNP branch several times in the past.
From foul-mouthed tirades and St George's Day celebrations complete with firearms to racist postings on Facebook, Salford BNP has the lot.
As BNP activism disappears across the nation, Salford BNP bucks that trend with what is possibly the busiest BNP branch in the country.
One of their most active members is Don Southworth, he is also quite possibly Salford’s most racist member.
When Nick Griffin attempts to persuade the public that the BNP are no longer racist, Southworth, who works as a catering assistant tries to prove that good old fashioned racism is alive and kicking within the BNP.

At the beginning of this month Stockholm hosted an international "Counter Jihad" meeting that saw racists and bigots from around the globe gather in the Swedish capital city.
The EDL sent their usual comedy double act of Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll along with British Freedom's chairman Paul Weston.
The Swedish Defence League as hosts were instrumental in organising the events in Stockholm yet a noticeable absentee from the list of speakers was the SDL leader Isak Nygren. There is growing speculation that the EDL leadership are a little embarrassed and annoyed when it comes to Nygren and his Swedish Defence League friends.
In 2008 Nygren attempted to join the neo-Nazi Nordiska Förbundet but decided instead to join the far right Sweden Democrats Party.
Nygren became a local councillor for the Sweden Democrats, however his political career was short lived after he quit the party after Expo, Hope not Hate's Swedish sister publication revealed that Nygren posted on an online forum that he is against "race mixing" and that Europeans have children with "niggers, Asians, etc."
"I have no problem with whites, that is to say all those of European origin having children between them, but I would find it hard to see the positive side if there is a mixing with blacks, Asians, etc.”
He went on to tell Expo that "It would be good for the child if the parents are similar in appearance"
Kevin Carroll, who claims to have a mixed race step daughter is thought to be particularly irritated by Nygren over his opinions on this matter.
The Stockholm Division of The Swedish Defence League see Nygren as something of a visionary however, posting a photo of Nygren alongside Nazi Germany's propagandist Joseph Goebbels, declaring that Nygren is a "Reincarnation of the great man". This is the same Stockholm Division who posted a photo of a weeping Anders Behring Breivik stating that the reason for his tears was that he ran out of bullets following his killing spree.
Richard Abrams is another leading member of the Swedish Defence League who is known to hold extremist views. On his website "Chamber of manifestation" Abrams, who is an admirer of Nazi occultism. states that “Me and some friends are fighting a struggle; RECLAIM THE SWASTIKA!”
We wonder if the EDL leadership will distance themselves from Nygren,Abrams and The Swedish Defence League ?

Just heard that EDL leader Tommy Robinson aka Stephen Yaxley-Lennon has had his court case adjourned for committal to Crown Court on the 25th October 2012.
Lennon was due to appear before Luton Magistrates earlier today for a breach of his football banning order, namely that under section 15 of the Football Spectators Act 1989, Lennon failed, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement imposed upon him a month earlier to report on either 21/05/2012 or 22/05/2012 anytime within the opening hours of Luton Buxton Road Police Station.
Seems like his bragging on Twitter earlier this week and previously might have backfired.

Fresh from demands from one of her friends this morning that we should remove the blog about Muriel Malley because she does not like it, a whole new load of BNP inspired holiday hate is breaking out.
Nick Griffin is on his way to Sardinia for another regular sojourn (Morecambe is in his constituency by the way) and is planning to write a booklet on the issue of grooming while he's there.
While he's out of the country, word is that someone has actually passed the template of his as of yet completed document to the rival Britain First group run by Griffin's sworn enemy, Jim Dowson and Dowson is going to print a version of the same document himself.
While one old Griffin friend is stabbing the Fuhrer in the back, another has stabbed the whole party. In an interview with the latest edition of the English Democrats' magazine "England Awake" (no doubt you'll need to when you've read the bile inside) former Griffin and BNP golden child Chris Beverley and now big cheese in the Leeds branch of the English Democrats describes his old party as a "cross between a criminal gang and a religous cult". Stand by your phone, Chris, that's bound to get Muriel upset too.
While Griffin is in Italy, he's bound to be rubbing shoulders with his friends in the Forza Nuova, an Italian extremist party run by some of his closest friends. The FN had a big wedding bash on the weekend in Milan where a number of European fascists rocked up to give two high profile FN members their blessing. Among them was Kostas Nikolaos Karpouzas the gun-toting member of the Greek party Golden Dawn with whom the BNP are so desperate to forge greater links.

A day later than usual, but I'm sure you'll forgive us. We spent yesterday afternoon waiting for the EDL to leave their pub at Victoria train station in London (a Wetherspoons, where else?) but it seems they decided against attacking the Al Quds Day march when they could not muster more than a dozen people.
Pity poor Michael Bayliss, the former car thief who now spends time taking pics for the EDL. He was stuck all on his own by the march while his colleagues ignored "Al Quds Day" and had their own "Beer Suds" day. No doubt the EDL will be hoping for a better day out in Chelmsford today. Certainly Mark Pringle is, he's not only owned up to violence in Brighton, but also has plans for some more today (thanks to EDL News for the grab).
While Nick Griffin was busy plagiarising our very well received Counter Jihad report to launch another desperate attack on the EDL, his party stalwart Muriel Malley was in hot water. The Post Office confirmed to us yesterday by email, telephone and even twitter that they will be investigating Malley's behaviour.
Another well known BNP official-the ever charming Adam Walker managed to quietly persuade a court in the North East not to sentence him last Monday. Walker will now be sentenced on September 7th instead. One or two furious BNP insiders tell us that this was done purely to allow Walker to testify from September 1st in the long running discrimination case being heard in Edinburgh involving the wife of the popular Patrick Harrington against members of Andrew Brons's staff. Is there nothing that Adam will not do for Patrick?
Also, in court next week will be (surprise, surprise) Stephen Lennon. He's up for a breach of his football banning order, namely that under section 15 of the Football Spectators Act 1989, Lennon failed, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement imposed upon him a month earlier to report on either 21/05/2012 or 22/05/2012 anytime within the opening hours of Luton Buxton Road Police Station.
So enjoy your weekend folks. It's going to be a bit of a scorcher so word of advice to the Boneheads who now make up the EDL: Slip! slap! slop!

We've met Muriel Malley before when she was part of the BNP's bizarre protest outside of a tanning salon in Sunderland last month.
Muriel's a BNP stalwart and like most BNP members, Muriel's not a very nice person it seems. Previously she's bragged that Anders Breivik, the Norwegian terrorist was one of her facebook friends.
She was back on facebook today while working at the post office in Newbiggin-by-the-sea in Northumberland, commenting on a black two year old child in the post office.
We trust the post office will be looking into this.

There are few people on the extreme far-right more vociferous in their hatred of all the good things about this country than Bill Baker.
So vociferous is Bill while stumped up at home in Canvey Island in Essex, that quite often the police find themselves having to visit Bill and remove his computer, which he thinks is somewhat of a badge of honour.
So full of hatred is Bill, that he can spot an Islamic-Marxist conspiracy taking hold even in his underwear drawer. I kid you not, he sees it everywhere. He's even been as far as to call for attacks and assaults on people that he does not like, which is seemingly everyone that does not appear in his mirror in the morning.
Even the EDL grew sick of him. They kicked Bill out over a year ago after a tragic incident at one of their demonstrations. No more was Bill allowed to swagger with beer can in hand around EDL demonstrations accusing the Leadership of being drug dealers.
As British athletes collected gold medals during the Olympic games, Baker sat in doors and fumed as British athletes won medals and celebrated our modern and diverse country.
Bill has woken up this morning perhaps feeling a little silly. Or at least, more silly than usual. Bill promised the world that Muslim terrorists were going to attack the games. He promised that he had some kind of insider knowledge of the event and seemed to positively welcome the idea of one.
He's just a silly, sad old man it seems.

The week started off with the terrible news that an American neo-Nazi had gone on a shooting spree in Wisconsin killing members of the Sikh community there.
There has been much discussion in the press that the killer Wade Michael Page may have thought that he was targeting Muslims and not Sikhs. That is certainly the case in glib BNP thinking. Nick Griffin gave the opinion that the supposed "confusion" was down to some unfortunate error, with the press confusing "Muslims with Asians", and we suppose not to the fact that Page was a race hater and did not care one iota for the people that was murdering.
Targeting anyone because of their religion or their race is evil. Of course, we should not hold our breath for the BNP to clarify Griffin's sentiments, nor forget that his party and the EDL both have histories of attacking people with brown faces. The "confusion" and indeed the vile racist sentiment behind all such attacks is all theirs, their sickening racism and that of a society obsessed with Islamaphobia.
Griffin's has also been tweeting his annoyance that people have been looking at his house. Only this morning he put a picture up on twitter (eventually) of his pig farm to complain about the intrusion. What Griffin does not tell anyone is that it is a council footpath that runs right outside his house, and like as he may, he does not own it and nor can he stop people walking on it.
The EDL's Kevin Carroll's announcement that he was going to stand for Police Commissioner in Bedford for the British Freedom Party shouldn't be taken too lightly. The lies have already begun. The suggestion that Carroll was telling people that he was a non-drinker saw our email flooded with pictures of Kev having the "odd half" of lager, though I believe Kev may be fonder of London Pride...
While Kevin Carroll is not sure whether he does drink or not, the BFP's boss Paul Weston apparently struggles to remember being mugged or not. I think in Weston's case, it would be just a case of how much he drinks not whether he does drink. He certainly turned up in Stockholm looking like he had gone out for the night with a time travelled Keith Richards.
As of this morning, the BFP's fighting fund to ensure Carroll makes it onto the ballot paper for the election had risen a staggering five pounds in 48 hours. Back to flogging rip-off designer lables it could well be for the party then..
Kevin's old friend and now sworn enemy John "Snowy" Shaw was back this week, threatening to sue the police. Whether this is a case of an individual seeking redress against their employers’ or not I could not possibly comment, but like the BFP, Snowy's "Infidels of Britain" are never shy of emptying the pockets of gullible members either.
We asked if anyone spots "Snowy" out in Derry this weekend to let us know. Any suggestion that he may have confused a good "craic" with anything similarly sounding is all of our own..
Antifascists in the North East tomorrow may also want to join the protest against the National Front who are threatening to soil Sunderland with their presence. Details in the usual places for that, lads and lasses.

Interesting story this morning on the BBC website about Labour's Bob Ashford having to stand down as a candidate for the Avon and Somerset police commissioner election down due to a previous criminal conviction.
Mr Ashford's conviction dates back to 1966, for which his was fined £5.
So, what are the chances of the EDL's Kevin Carroll being eligible to stand in Bedfordshire?
Let's wait and see..

A little ruffle of excitement over the water today, with quite abit of interest in the whereabouts and plans of Britain's most notorious animal abusing, crack addict and Llama harmer, John "Snowy" Shaw.
Following an article about his vile activities in the Sunday World newspaper a fortnight ago and his activities of late, Derry locals are wondering whether Shaw will have the guile to show his face at the Apprentic Boys of Derry parade this weekend.
Shaw, who pleaded poverty when it came to feeding and caring for animals, has been a regular visitor to Northern Ireland's second city in the past. His attraction to the Ulster Loyalist cause came as a result of his Mother apparently not allowing him to join the British Army when he was younger in case he was deployed to Northern Ireland.
So, will we see "Snowy" in Derry this weekend, up on the West Bank and hanging around the toilets of the "Talk of the Town" pub?
I guess we'll have to wait and see..

When details began emerging about the Oak Creek, Wis. massacre, reports indicated that the suspected shooter, Wade Michael Page, was a white supremacist and had played in a neo-Nazi band called "End Apathy."
The Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups, had been keeping tabs on Page since 2000, when he reportedly tried to purchase products from another well-known hate group called the National Alliance.
Though there had been questionable claims about neo-Nazis in Greenpoint, Sunday's incident made us wonder: Are these kinds of groups -- be they neo-Nazis or anti-Sikh or anti-Muslim, etc. -- in New York?
So we checked with the Southern Poverty Law Center, which furnished the Hate Map above, and found that the organization had tabulated 37 such groups in the Empire State.
(Our neighbors' numbers, if you're wondering: New Jersey has 47. Meanwhile, Connecticut has four; Massachusetts has 10; Pennsylvania has 34; and Vermont has one.)
Their extensive listing indicates that there are many hate groups in our city, including:
--9/11 Christian Center at Ground Zero (anti-Muslim)
--American Third Position (White nationalist)
--Atlas Shrugs (anti-Muslim)
--Castle Hill Publishers (Holocaust Denial)
--Council of Conservative Citizens (White Nationalist)
--Cultural Studies Press (General Hate)
--Freedom Defense Initiative (Anti-Muslim)
--H.L. Mencken Club (White Nationalist, Brooklyn)
--Israelite Church of God in Jesus Christ (Black Separatist)
--Jewish Political Action Committe (Anti-Gay, Brooklyn)
--Jewish Task Force (General Hate, Fresh Meadows)
--Nation of Islam (Black Separatist, Manhattan and Brooklyn)
--National Black Foot Soldier Network (Black Separatist)
--National Socialist Movement (Neo-Nazi, Long Island, Upstate, and Downstate)
--NPI TV (White Nationalist, Brooklyn)
--Pioneer Fund (White Nationalist)
--Stop the Islamization of America (Anti-Muslim)
--Sultan Knish Blog (Anti-Muslim)
--The American Defense League (Anti-Muslim)
--Tony Alamo Christian Ministries (General Hate)
As we had mentioned before, the New York Police Department has decided to bolster security in the Sikh community following the temple shooting.
Generally speaking, hate crimes against Sikhs have increased since 9-11, as many confuse the religion's practitioners with Muslim extremists.
There have been at least 700 hate crimes against Sikhs since 2001, according toUSAToday.
New York Dem Rep. Joseph Crowley recently sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder in April, demanding that federal law enforcement authorities track hate crimes committed against Sikhs, as two murders, a temple vandalization, and a brutal beating took place within the last year.

Christopher Knowles, once linked to the EDL's founding father Alan Ayling (aka Alan Lake) has been sacked from his post with Leeds city council's children's service department.
Knowles was one of the original rising stars in the British "anti-Jihadist" scene and travelled and spoke at a number of gatherings representing the British arm of the movement, including a rally in support of Dutch MP Geert Wilders in Berlin in 2010 before also appearing at the EDL's disatrous rally in Amsterdam a few months later and in the company of future British Freedom Party chief Paul Weston.
Knowles posted on various anti Islamic websites and forums using the online pseudonym “Aeneas Lavinium”.
He was also a director of the US based Center for Vigilant Freedom. According to its website, the Center for Vigilant Freedom (CVF) was founded in September 2006. Knowles is also described as the CVF'sUKcountry co-ordinator.
A once prolific writer and blogger, Knowles had a profile on the 4Freedoms website used by the global anti-Islam movement but deleted this profile shortly after Breivik shootings.
A spokesperson for Hope Not Hate in Yorkshire who campaigned to have him removed said that he was "glad" that the situation surrounding a far-right activist working in children's services "has been resolved".
Unsurprisingly, one anti-Islam blog has just described his sacking as "More evidence of the soft totalitarian methods of the UK. " In EDL parlance, we believe that could mean they think it is creeping Sharia.

By all accounts the meeting of Islamaphobes in Sweden on the weekend was more than a bit of a disaster.
Despite a thousand people turning up to the outdoor rally in Stockholm, it appears that 965 of them were in fact there to drown the meeting out in a sea of noise created by Vuvuzelas, the rather annoying trumpet that rose to fame at the last football World Cup.
Some people (er, me) suggested that this trip was just another excuse for the EDL and British Freedom Party leadership to neck off to Europe for a few pints. I seem to have had a picture in my head of "Tommy" sitting on Kevin Carroll's lap on the flight over there while Captain Paul Weston, their posh Fuhrer, made sure that both of his pocket monkies were well stocked up on in-flight peanuts.
Yesterday, Weston urgently announced that he had been assaulted on the Saturday night in Stockholm while outside a restaurant. The two Swedish colleagues that he was with were also "rumoured" to have been abducted and badly beaten. Weston was desperate to find out what had happened to his colleagues and asked all "allied" websites to share his plea for more information.
This morning the desperate message on the BFP website from their leader has been removed. One of the supposed victims of this outrage has also written rather confusingly that he wasn't "beaten at all".
So what happened. Was the night just a bit of a blur, a little hard for Weston to remember exactly where he was or who he was with?
Looking at this picture taken of Weston while he was in Stockholm, I'd guess that it is more likely that he bumped into a time travelling Keith Richards from the past and par took far too much alcohol to recollect anything that happened to him at all.
In the likely parlance of Lennon and Carroll, it was probably just a "dodgy pint" after all.

Having kept a low profile since the outrage that surrounded the death of animals in his care, John "Snowy" Shaw has issued a statement to his dwindling band of supporters suggesting that his group "The Infidels of Britain" are considering suing the police in Merseyside.
It refers to the 25 people arrested last month when the gang tried to attack a march in Liverpool.
"Snowy", always the first to ensure that others get arrested, describes the day as "in cricket terms I'd say we got a winning draw that day". Twenty five racists arrested is a good result. Got to say, I concur with him on that.
"Snowy" then writes "we have been in contact with a human rights solicitor about the actions of Merseyside police and its officers on that day. It is looking like we may have a case to take legal action against them, so we need everyone that was arrested that's willing to take this forward to message the page so we can get all the days events recorded for any future hearing".
So, for the record, here is that picture of "Snowy" Shaw sneaking out of the pub on the day 25 of his comrades were being arrested.
What money on the "Human Rights Lawyer actually being one of the BNP's notorious and unqualified ambulance chasers?

There seems to be much excitement in the British Freedom Party about the EDL's Kevin Carroll standing for Police Commissioner
They have already begun a campaign whereby Carroll has made all sorts of wonderful promises, which bizarrely includes "an end to anti-social behaviour".
If Kevin is promising an end his anti-social behaviour, I'm sure people up and down the country will be happy enough with just that.
The BFP are hoping to raise the £5000 it will cost them to put Kevin up by selling merchandise, giving away badges etc, etc
The first rule of politics however, is to get one's lies straight:
Kevin has been telling anyone who will listen that he is a non-smoker and a non-drinker (perhaps he's after the Muslim vote after all?)
The second rule of politics, is do destroy all the evidence that could undo all the good work you've done on rule one.

About 50 EDL in Bradford now. They'll be off to Keighley soon.
Make that 49, though. Looks like the police have taken one in for questioning..

This was Bradford EDL at 10.15am this morning outside of "The Queen" pub in Bradford.
Word is that the once might North East Division, who used to travel in coaches, have manged to fit into one car for this afternoon's humiliation in Keighley.
Meanwhile, Lennon and Carroll have shared a packet of peanuts on their way to Stockholm..

Stephen Lennon and his cousin Kevin Carroll are off to Sweden with their new boss Paul Weston this weekend for another one of their infamous trips to visit other members of the elite in world Islamaphobic conspiracy theories. The question is, would Weston allow Stephen and Kevin sit up front in business class with him?
For such a tiny group, they do seem to spend a lot of time out of the country these days. EDL/British Freedom Party overseas jaunts are almost as unsuccesful as their domestic jaunts, and we're sure a not-so warm wlecome will await for them in Sweden as it did in the Netherlands and Denmark previously.
In West Yorkshire, the EDL are still planning to go ahead with their Keighley demonstration ignoring the potential legal problem that comes with most of them not being allowed near each other because of their bail conditions.
Tomorrow could be a big day then, for Kevin Docherty the leader of the Bradford EDL. Thankfully he has managed to arrange a secret meeting point for the lads and lasses to get suitably sozzled before heading there.
Whether Weston, Lennon or Carroll will be bothered to ask for updates from Keighley is questionable. One thinks that just lately they do not really give much of a toss either way.

The EDL's political wing the British Freedom Party (BFP) are a rather pleasant contradiction. Campaigning for law and order on one hand; creating riots, inflicting violence and dragging their knuckles off to prison with the other.
The BNP's leader has had enough of them too. He seems somewhat concerned that they're going to cause a race riot before his own party, such is the concerns of life in the gutter of British politics.
But could the BFP be even thicker than the BNP? Well, we've had cause to believe so before. Fascist leaders in this country might be posh, but really they're not much better than Harry Enfield's Tim Nice But Dim and not actually very nice at all.
How's this latest missive from the BFP: They begin with saying that it would be "irresponsible" for them to encourage people to buy counterfeit clothing. But then they go ahead and encourage people to go ahead and do just that in the case of British clothing company Burberry!
Burberry is popular with posh ladies, the former PM Tony Blair and EDL members like Benny Gaff from Bristol (pictured).
Well, I believe that Burberry could be in the postion to actually sue the BFP for encouraging people to buy counterfeit goods. But why buy counterfeit at all, why not just boycott the label?
Far be it for me to wonder why the EDL's political wing would be encouraging people to rip off a label that is popular with its members, but some have already suggested that it could be something to do with an apparent roaring trade in hooky gear at EDL demonstrations!!
What with the EDL/BFP joint depty leader Kevin Carroll standing for Police Commissioner, if I was a conspiracy theorist I would suggest that people were being encouraged to fund the BFP by buying counterfeit gear.
But I am not a consiracy theorist and I am sure that it is all a coincidence that fake Burberry clothing has been sold at quite a few EDL rallies around the country.
So let's stick to the facts we know are true: Burberry are entitled to sue. Perhaps they should google BNP + Marmite to see just what they need to do?

BNP leader Nick Griffin has restarted the war of words with the EDL, only six months after desperately trying to kiss and make up with the EDL during the BNP’s humiliation in Hyde, Greater Manchester when the EDL as good as ran the BNP out of town.
Griffin has never liked the EDL. There’s more of them for a start, and by all accounts EDL leader Stephen Lennon drives a nicer car.
When the EDL began their troublesome life, they tried to fool the public by burning swastikas, something which upset a lot of people in the BNP. Griffin was among the first to describe the EDL as “Zionists” and part of some kind of government plot to usurp the BNP.
The EDL have not been too bothered about the BNP. Lennon does not like Griffin and even threatened to give him a slap after shafting the BNP during their day out in Hyde, the day Griffin decided to rescind the BNP’s proscription of the EDL.
Now Griffin has fought back. In a speech to a collection of his remaining friends and supporters, he has described the EDL and their party the BFP as “sinister” and “ultra-Zionist terrorist sympathisers”, which are the very things that his own opponents have levelled at him in the past.
Surprisingly, Griffin also claims not to be a fan of the EDL’s plans to bring “racial violence on [to] the streets of Britain”, something which Griffin has in fact, long predicted would happen in multiracial Britain anyway.
Of course, much of Griffin’s bitterness is driven by the fact that the only friends he can find actually out on the streets of Britain these days are the Llama harmers of the EDL’s twisted and drug addled competition the ‘Infidels’, who themselves call for a race war and have also aligned themselves to the BNP as the two groups face declining numbers.
Much of what Griffin has said about the EDL will obviously go right over the EDL leadership’s heads’. Griffin has pointed out some of the very sinister things that do lurk in the BFP’s dark backgrounds and for this, those very “puppet masters” he points the finger at during his forty odd minute tirade, will no doubt want to strike back.
